Job Summary
– Carryout detail market assessments, develop and implement effective marketing and sales Strategies to promote Jewellery CAD/CAM solutioning and Jewellery casting.
– Business development and implement suitable technical marketing plans for sate of Jewellery making machineries, Equipment, Tools, Casting Metal and factory consumables
– Develop existing & related product categories and spearhead sales of Plating chemicals for Jewellery industry and other suitable industries in-order to grow volumes exponentially
– Implement effective customer-relationship management strategies across all segments of product groups and promote after-sales/maintenance Services for machinery sales carried out
– Analyze market trends, identify unexploited / new markets and market development opportunities for driving sales volumes.
– Design and implement marketing and sales promotion strategies in-order to strengthen the product-market positioning and building of sales volumes in the medium to long-term.
– Analysis of performance results and carryout timely management reporting functions
Candidate Profile
– Bachelor’s degree in business management / marketing or relevant fields from a recognized University together with Technical certification in (Jewelry designing & Casting operations]
– Over 10 years of experience in Sales, marketing and business development functions in Jewellery casting, value-added solutions and related equipment, metals and chemicals
– Proven leadership skills and is a strategic-thinker, highly resourceful and results-oriented, with hands-on involvement in developing and implementing effective business development, sales & marketing strategies in the Jewellery industry
– Proficient in carrying out market research and competitor intelligence, in order to be proactive and capitalize on market opportunities
– Excellent negotiation, persuasive and communication skills
– An excellent team-player, with a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills
– {ts a dynamic, independent and self-motivated individual with the desire to learn quickly and swiftly adopt to market conditions
