We are inviting professionals of exceptional caliber to join the Keppel C T Developments (Private) Limited team as:
Sales and Marketing Executive
Main Responsibilities:
•To achieve the monthly sales target consistently set by management
•To assist in the maintenance and updating of all advertising and promotion materials at the sales gallery and show units (if any)
•To assist in the maintenance of the sales gallery and show units (if any)
•Sales Implementation
– To handle sales enquiries including telephone enquiries and walk-in customers
– To advise purchaser on bank loan/end financing procedures
– To assist purchaser in obtaining loan
– To liaise with the purchasers on the execution of the Sales Contract and other relevant documents
– To attend all major events, eg road shows, exhibitions and site functions
– To submit prospect list on regular basis determined by the management
– Distribution of flyer when required
– To assist the other sales team as and whenever is required
– To submit monthly sales incentive claim form
– To update and gather information from comparable projects
• Any other related duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
Candidate Requirement
• Degree in Real Estate / Business Administration / Marketing.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing residential projects.
• Experience in marketing of high-end residential properties with track record.
• Advanced skills in negotiating and selling.
• Able to work independently and as a team player with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
