The ideal candidate should be a graduate of the Hotel School (Sri Lanka/or overseas and should have a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in a reputed hotel.
He should possess the following attributes:
– Passion for achieving targets and objectives
– Positive attitude & good communication skills
– Flexibility to deliver to a range of different work situations
– Ability to work under pressure & under own initiative
