Quality Engineer
Key Functions:
– Maintaining the integrity of Quality Management system requirements with lean and Cost effective strategies that meet the organization needs.
– Establish proper document control & implementation of QA / QC procedures.
– Analyzing and monitoring the process parameters for improvement of existing products quality.
– Analyzing defects and providing improvement suggestion for in-plant samples as well as customer samples.
– Coordinating with Production, Maintenance, Product development and supply chain on quality related issues.
– Involve in product development and process improvement.
– Preparing weekly and Monthly quality reports.
Requirements:
– BSC, NDES or equivalent qualification in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
– Competent in quality tools, lean tools and trouble shooting.
– Highly skilled in ISO 9001 document control and MS word/Excel/Power point.
– A team player with high commitment and motivated working under pressure.
– A minimum of 3 years experience in ISO 9001 certified Manufacturing field is essential.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
– Age below 36 years.
