Requirement:
* G.C.E. A/L , preferably in commerce / math schemes
* Good knowledge on MS office applications specifically on Excel, word and access
* Having experience in credit/ recovery business / accounting/ audit firms would be an added advantage
* Good customer handling experience (calling customers, inquiry handling)
* Very good English language skills both written and spoken
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Job Responsibilities:
* Document verification against product requirements
* Customer Inquiry and complaint handling
* Coordination with support divisions (Frontline, logistic divisions)
* Database updating, filtering and report preparation
* Recovery collection monitoring and calling customers for due payments
