IT Recruitment Executive (Colombo)

Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 or more years of experience in a similar position.
• A Bachelors degree in Information technology or equivalent combination of education and IT recruiting experience.
• Very good communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Execute full life cycle recruiting responsibilities, including but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, references and salary negotiations.
• Offer, negotiate and close candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit niche candidates in limited candidate spaces, including networking, direct sourcing, cold calls, entails, and referrals.
Remuneration: Negotiable. Basic salary plus attractive commissions for successful candidates. Work Location & times:
Colombo 3. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5 pm.
