HR Executive / Co-ordinator (Kiralopone)

We have a vacancy with one of our clients – well reputed company who is looking out for a dynamic HR Executive.
The ideal candidate should ;
– Should have a professional qualification in HR
– Should have minimum 03-05 years of experience in similar capacity
– Should be fully conversant with all aspect of recruitment, personal files, compensation & benefits, industrial & labor laws , performance management, training and development and should be familiar with all the modern HR Strategies and administration procedures.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) to interact with all relevant parties across the group with a strong team orientation.
– Active and dynamic personality and the passion to work in a methodical manner would be a definite plus
A candidate with knowledge in ISO procedures would be given preference.
Age below 30 years
