Head – Business Development
We are looking for a highly motivated professional marketer to head our marketing and business development team.
The ideal candidate should be a member of SLIM/CIM, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the managerial level, in Brand/Sales and Marketing/Business Development.
He should be able to:
– Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plans for the organization
– Develop new marketing strategies and plan and administer the Marketing operations budget
– Provide direction to organize and implement client relations and business development activities
– Analyze and evaluate monthly achievements
– Prepare and present marketing reports to the management as and when required
– Track market trends
This job requires you to travel extensively to meet our customers and team members in centers scattered island wide, in order to deliver a superior service to all the stake holders.
The ideal candidate should possess strong presentation, interpersonal and PR skills. This position will be reporting directly to the CEO of the company.
