We require the service of creative, innovative, dynamic individual to our friendly team for the following vacancy:
Post of Guest Relations Executive / Officer Female
Should be able to provide Memorable Guest Relations Experience to the Guests. Good interpersonal communication skills to handle the Guests , ability to deal tactfully and effectively with the guests Management and staff handling, increasing sales is vital.
Expected Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
• Preferably With a Hotel School Background
• Good knowledge of Hotel Front Office Operations
• More than 01/02 years of Executive Experience in Star Class Hotels
• Excellent Leadership Skills
• Good English or other foreign Language Communication skills
• Highly motivated with Enthusiasm and Commitment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Respond to all guest’s requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Good PR & Sales Skills
