Executive – Quality Assurance
The Job:
* You ensure orders are delivered as per quality standards.
* You monitor buyer standards and ensure accurate garment construction with minimal rejects prior to the external final inspection.
* You ensure the shipment pass rates and are jointly responsible for the achievement of production and shipment targets.
Production Supervisor
The Job:
* You work with your team in managing your respective production line.
* You ensure work is carried out according to process (maintaining schedules, achieving production targets, assigning jobs to the team, overseeing their performance and implementing administrative and technical decisions for the smooth functioning of the process).
* You deliver on planned efficiencies, quality standards, HR KPI’s and ensuring 100% OTD for your responsible production line.
Work Study Officer
The Job
* You will work with your team in maintaining accurate work measurements and would drive the implementation of value added Work Study processes/methods to improve methods of operation/SMV reductions.
In addition, your responsibilities will include; driving first hour productivity in ensuring efficiency ladders as per plan, evaluating pre-production risks and driving tine during style changes Et providing adequate training to supervisory staff about basic principle of Work Study such as work measurements, work place engineering, line balancing techniques etc.
Packing Manager
The Job:
* You will be responsible to monitor the Daily, weekly and monthly shipment plans and sees that deliveries are sent within the stipulated time.
* You will be responsible to validate the finished goods against the packing standards.
* You will work closely with Production, Planning and Merchandising teams to ensure that the orders are fulfilled as per the shipment date with the required quality standards.
* You will ensure reconciliations are done on time.
The Ideal Candidate Should:
* Posses a professional qualification/ Diploma/ Certificate, preferably in textiles or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
* Be conversant in Garment/Textile procedures and the knowledge in Cutting to packing process would be an added advantage.
* Be able to prioritize your tasks efficiently and have the ability to successfully work under pressure as a self-motivated team player.
Further, you should have good negotiation skills and the willingness to learn.
