Araliya Green Hills hotel is one of the newly opened 4 star hotel in Nuwara Eliya that is coming under the Araliya Group of companies require result oriented, self motivated persons to join our Team.

We are currently recruiting for the following position:

Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Establish and/or implement operating procedures and standards
• Maintain set standards in the room & public areas of the hotel and issuing work orders & organizing pest control in order to ensure that the standards set by the hotel are maintained.
• Managing operating expenses to minimize cost while providing excellent guest service
• Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and their crew
• Coordinate inspection or inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met
• Apply Human Resource management skills, such as hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating performance
• Complete financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a budget
• Handle administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of management experience in a similar capacity in a 3/4 star class hotel
• Graduate from Ceylon Hotel School or equivalent qualifications
• 40 years of age with professional attitudes
• Passion for customer service and ability to resolve problem effectively
• Good communicational Skills
• Computer literacy
