Designation:
Engineer – Product Development
Job Role:
• Maintaining up time of assigned platforms through appropriate proactive and reactive interventions.
• Liaise with assigned key account and relationship managers in providing effective solutions to customers.
• Prepare, agree and deliver against the product development plans.
• Coordinate with external parties when necessary to implement products and services.
• Interact with the product management team to ensure solutions are optimally prioritized.
• Undertake testing, analysis of results and make recommendations.
• Being proactive and reactive in order to ensure smooth operation of the implemented solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
• BSc Degree in Engineering/IT/Computer Science.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Good understanding of GSM/UMTS technology.
• Sound knowledge in TCP IP Protocols/basic networking technology.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
