Customer Care Officer // Senior Customer Care Officer
The job:
* Handling customer queries, providing customer support & assisting in administrative work.
* Answering queries & offering information which involves a lot of interaction with our clients (as well as with colleagues) in a variety of methods including face – to – face, over the phone & via e-mail.
* You’ll be expected to keep up – to – date with all the latest developments, products, service offerings & promotions.
* Assisting administrative work, relating to customer care.
The Person:
* G.C.E A/L qualifications.
* Should be below 30 years of age.
* Excellent telephone etiquette, the ability to communicate clearly & professionally.
* A friendly personality & an attitude suited to customer care.
* Fluency in Sinhalese & English (Tamil would be an added advantage).
* Knowledge of insurance will be an added advantage.
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages.
* Willingness to work on Saturdays.
