Customer Care Agents – Part Time (Sri Lanka)

We are on the seek for o potential individual to join and fill in a role in an esteemed entity.
General Responsibilities:
– Manage incoming calls
– Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
– Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Outline:
– Aimed at undergraduates and school leavers.
– Male or female candidates between age 18—28 years.
– Fluency in English is mandatory.
– Pay: Rs. 600 per shift + Performance incentive.
– Shift: 7.30am to 11.30am or 3.30pm to 7.30pm.
(Only one shift of your choice needs to be done per day)
– Work days: Monday to Friday.
– Period: 3 Months.
