Responsible for handling all the legal matters of an organization.Should have the knowledge of Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Indian Penal code, Negotiable Instrument Act 138 cases, Transfer of property Act, Company Law, Litigation, drafting agreement for sale, MOU, Leave & License agreement, Tender Agreement, contract Agreement & various type of agreement, etc.
