– He/She will have full professional qualification in CIM or SLIM or equivalent and should he a good team player with proven leadership skills
– Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and English (Tamil would be an extra qualification)
– Excellent on forecasting and trend analysis
– Preferred age I5 below 35 year.
