This vacancy is based in Colombo where our engineering and application support teams are based
Responsibilities:
– Conduct web application security assessments and report vulnerabilities with PoCs.
– Conduct cloud and server security assessments while coordinating with other team members.
– Collaborate and implement solutions to secure the Vetstoria’s cloud infrastructure
– Monitoring and administration of the antivirus system.
– Monitoring and incident response of intrusion detection/prevention events.
– Research for latest and zero-day vulnerabilities of Vetstoria’s own systems and as.
dependencies (plugins, libraries etc.)
Requirements:
– Passionate about application security.
– Excellent understanding of web application security vulnerabilities.
– Good understanding of functional and logical security flaws of applications.
– Familiarity with AWS cloud security concepts.
– System administration and scripting skills.
– Prior experience in a security role or bug bounty hunting will be a plus.
– Should be a good team player.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Cyber security of related field.
– Security certifications similar to SSCP, CEH, OSCP or CISA will be a plus.
