– Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science or Equivalent qualifications.
– Should have obtained diploma in Quality Management.
– At least 3-4 years experience in glove manufacturing industry and should be conversant with International standards in Industry.
– Should a very good knowledge of ISO Management system and good communication, analytical skills.
– Should have a good knowledge of OHSAS 8000-2007
and SA 8000:2008 systems.
