Advertising and Promotion Executive
Main Responsibilities
•To handle all the Advertising and Promotion (A&P) matters for each individual project under direction of the Head of Marketing.
•To organize events / functions / road shows to create the traffic to the respective project.
•To strengthen the branding of the company in Sri Lanka.
•Evaluate effectiveness of major promotional campaigns and events as well as ensuring A&P budget is maximized and well-managed.
•To handle PR matters including liaison with and handle the Media / Journalist – work closely with Group Corporate Communication
•Undertake new initiatives or projects as assigned.
Candidate Requirement
•Degree in Business / Mass Communication / Marketing / Advertising or equivalent.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in Advertising Agency/PR Agency.
•Experience in marketing of high-end residential properties with track record.
•Experience in planning and executing A&P event.
•A strong team player and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
•Resourceful, creative and meticulous.
•Knowledge in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Image editing program.
