Sisili Hanaro Encare (Pvt) Ltd is Sri Lanka’s only licensed clinical waste disposal service provider in Sri Lanka – catering to over 35 major hospitals and over 150 smaller hospitals/clinics. It is a subsidiary of Sisili Projects Consortium (Pvt) Ltd, which is a successful medium scale company that focuses on healthcare, engineering and environmental sectors.
Role Profile:
• Looking for a warm and affable personality as he/she will be primarily responsible for Customer Helpdesk and all related forms of communication.
• A suitable candidate should exhibit efficient project and time management skills in order to ensure seamless coordination of daily operational and logistical activities.
• Should posses a good command of the English and Sinhala languages — both written and verbal — as he/she should be able to create professional documents without the need to be micro-managed. Knowledge of the Tamil Language will be an additional advantage.
• Will be responsible for all general administrative activities — both internally and externally (ie. With customers)
• An interested candidate must exhibit a higher rate of productivity and efficiency through a detailed knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Ms. PowerPoint)
Person Profile:
• Having completed or following either an accredited degree program or higher national diploma in either Business Administration or Human Resource Management (or similar lines of study)
• Minimum Work Experience: 02 years. Preferably in a similar role profile as mentioned above.
Age:
• Between 22 – 30 years Salary & Fringe Benefits
