Job Responsibilities:
Handling payments/Coordination with Factory staff for payments/ Bank Journals/Bank Reconciliations/ Import Costing/ Submission of Tax returns including VAT, SVAT and NBT/Coordinating with suppliers to obtain relevant SVAT forms/ Reconciliation on import advance accounts, advance payments & other balance sheet & PL accounts/ Entering purchase requisitions to the system/ Maintaining fixed asset register/ Reconciliation of stocks/ Attending to stock counts at factory.
Expected Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 02 years experience in accounts field.
* Knowledge & experience in the area of taxation.
* Ability to work with computerized accounting packages.
* Should be fluent in English.
* Fair knowledge in ERP systems.
