Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Look after imports related matters & supporting to sales
• Supplier payment and collection reconciliation with customers on dolly basis
• Take monthly bank reconciliation, monitor book-keeping and support in closing of accounting book on time
• Coordinating with other departments on following-up with related finance works (imports, collection, and payment etc.)
• Coordinate with audit firms, external authorities such as banks, IRD etc, for audit requirements and challenges
• Providing insightful inputs from financial point of view to the Management team and supporting Management decisions
About the Person
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Finance Management, preferably in imports industry; Having one year experience in a similar capacity is a further advantage
• Proficiency in Quickbook or other accounting systems
• International industry exposure would be a plus, but not a must
• Accounting credentials such as Chartered Accountancy and/or CMA is a must
• Being a member of a Chartered Accounting body would be on added advantage
