Trainee Executive – Agricultural Projects / Trainee Executive – Tea Plantation
The ideal candidates should possess following qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or Plantation.
• Age below 30 years with pleasing personality.
• English knowledge and computer literacy.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage labour.
He will be entrusted with following responsibilities:
• Ability handle multiple projects with minimum supervision.
• Preparation of feasibility and project reports.
• Implementation and monitoring of proposed projects.
• Responsible for distribution and marketing.
