We are looking for young energetic Telemarketing & Customer Service Executives for our contact center.
• School leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in Inbound/Outbound call center will be an advantage.
• Excellent command of English written and oral is a must.
• Should have excellent communication skills. (Ability to speak Tamil & Sinhala will be an advantage).
• Hand on experience with Internet Ms Office and email clients.
• Flexibility to work on Night shifts.
• Work on roster basis.
