The Job To provide support & consultation services and fix the software issues and bugs for our clients in UK, Australasia, Middle East, Europe and USA. The job will include training Clients in the use of our software. providing technical support and effective communication with Clients and resolving any technical issues related to the database or software environment.
The Requirements:
– A minimum of 2 Years practical experience in a Software Development environment on Microsoft Platforms, Database and Development Tools
– A University degree (preferably in Information Technology) or equivalent Professional Qualification
– A minimum of 1 Year practical experience. preferably providing training and support services to overseas Clients
– Sound knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL scripting and Database structures is a must Sound knowledge of Web Development (C#, ASP. Net, MVC, Web Services, WCF, Json, XML etc.) will be an added advantage
– Willingness to travel overseas
– Very good English proficiency (both written & spoken)
– A flexible approach to working under pressure and making certain the job is done. is of paramount importance
