Senior Research Analyst, Candor Equities Limited
We are looking for a smart, result oriented, and self confident individual to join our team. Previous working experience in equity market is essential. As member of the company’s research team, the Research Analyst plays an important role in generating investment ideas on a variety of companies and industries. He / She will be a member of the research team that collates, analyzes and publishes best in class research as per the company research plan to traders, institutional investors, foreign and local clients. The best suited candidate should be a go getter with a thirst for making money for clients in the Capital Market of Sri Lanka.
Requirements:
• Passion for discovering value and identifying market opportunities
• 3 to 4 years prior investment experience in the capital market in Sri Lanka
• A demonstrated track record of research report writing & analytical skills
• Willing to put in long hours, and achieve delivery targets with tight timelines
• Ability to work independently, and poses good presentation skills
• Positive attitude and a very good command of the English language – both written and oral
• A Bachelors degree in finance or CFA or a professional qualification in CIMA, ACCA or ICASL
