Job Description:
12 to 14 years of experience, male female
Manufacturing experience is a must and currently to be reporting into a head of legal. BA LLB LLB or Masters.Local Language Tamil is Must( Proficiency in English and Tamil. Knowledge of any other language will be an asset.)
– Law school graduate and or member of the an accredited bar with three to five years experience as a practicing attorney in a large, internationally oriented law firm or the legal department of a multinational corporation. Additional litigation experience will be an asset.
– Experience in handling labour related issues and ability to interact with Statutory Authorities. Additionally, should be capable of handling general commercial transactions and corporate, company laws and labour compliances. Some litigation experience preferred.
– Must be willing to participate in a team oriented, consensus-building environment.
– Must be fluent in English and Tamil (speaking, reading and writing).
– Must be willing to accept moderate to substantial travel within India and occasional travel elsewhere commensurate with responsibilities within a multinational corporation.
