Senior Executive HR (Sri Lanka)

A Multinational organization requires a Senior Executive – HR for their office in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with overseas line managers in recruitment activities.
• Responsible for monthly payroll.
• Preparation of periodic HR reports.
• Handle employee insurance matters.
• Execute staff training and engagement activities
• Annual performance appraisal exercise and salary review.
• Administrator for web based HRMS.
• Update Company Organization Charts.
• Act as the main internal country consultant on HR-related matters, especially those dealing with employment terms and conditions.
Requirements:
• A Professional Qualification in HEM or Bachelors’ Degree.
• Ideally 7 years or more experience at work.
• Self driven and independent with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight reporting deadlines
• Possess good interpersonal/communication / public speaking skills.
• Excellence working relationships at all level of the organization.
