Secretary to The Head of Department Female
To perform general secretarial works and support for administrative functions.
Personal and Skill Profile:
• Minimum 03 years experience.
• Secretarial qualification from a recognized institution would be an added advantage.
• Should possess an excellent command of English – Both oral and written and must be computer literate (MS Office Application).
• Should have good PR and communication skills.
• Proficiency in general secretarial functions and office administration.
• Ability to handle correspondence independently.
• Should have the ability to work independently and without constant supervision.
• Age should be below 10 years.
Administration / HR Assistants Female
– To support for Administrative and HR related functions.
Personal and Skill Profile:
• Minimum oz years experience.
• Related qualification from a recognized institute would be added advantage.
• Should have a fair knowledge in English and Computer literacy.
• Proficiency in general Administrative functions and HR Functions.
• Age should be below 25 years.
Salary and other benefits are Negotiable.
