Secretary to Director Marketing – Top Urgent –
– Pass G.C.E.(O/L) and G.C.E. (A/L) with at least a credit in English Language
– Possess certificate from recognized institution for secretarial practice
– Age below 40
– At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience
– Able to use MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint for preparation of reports and presentations
– A good command of written and spoken English
– Possess professional telephone skills
– Should be a team player with a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills
who is capable of working long hours under pressure when required. An excellent command of English, computer literacy, writing skills and the ability to work independently is essential pre-requisites.
Marketing Coordinator cum Admin Executive
– Minimum 2 — 3 years experience in administration functions.
– Minimum one year experience as a Admin assistant or Executive
– A good command of written and spoken English
– Possess professional telephone skills
