Receptionist cum Customer Service Executive Female
Key Responsibilities:
To provide a Superior and efficient customer service to enhance the business relationships and serve the external and internal clientele of DHL.
The ideal candidate should posses:
• Pleasant and out-going personality
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under sustained pressure
• Ability to work with PC applications and other technological hardware
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Passed the GCE Ordinary Level
• Age between 18-28
