Job Profile:
Receptionist
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Greet persons entering organization
• Direct persons to correct destination
• General Administrative and Clerical Support
• Circulating the daily attendance report to HODs
• Receive and Sort mail and deliveries
• Schedule appointments
• Tidy and Maintain the reception area
The candidate should full fill the following attributes:
• Passed G.C.E.(A/L)
• Minimum 01 years of experience in similar capacity
• Excellent command of both spoken & written English
• Should be able to work under pressure and be proactive
• Should be a dynamic team player
