Contrinex (Ceylon) Pvt. Ltd. is a BOI approved company, based in Wattala and is currently looking out for the following personnel :
Quality Manager
Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years experience in the field of production
– Excellent Knowledge of spoken and written English
Educational Qualification required (Minimum) – Recognised Diploma or Bachelors Degree ut Science and quality management.
Job Description:
• Reserving ISO 9001 system, convenience of its regulation
• Preparation and active participation in preparation for audits based on ISO 9001
• Executing process, technology and product related audits
• Preparation and execution of customer audits, defining and finishing actions
• Maintaining and following quality related KPI system
• Definition of quality targets, coordination of processes in order to achieve all targets
• Quality control on suppliers, handling complaints
• Handling non-conformities coming from the production (closings, reworks, selection)
• Co-ordination of weekly, monthly quality meetings
• Giving support in order to achieve quarterly/yearly quality targets
• Reducing scrap rate on Inductive line
• Handling customer complaints in order to avoid further complaints on Inductive line (using 8D)
• Using continuous improvement methodologies (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa)
• Following the regulation of office 55
• Daily control on closed areas in case of inductive types
