The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect is responsible for developing proposals primarily focused on growing the VSIS technology solution business. The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect will work closely with VSIS’s Sales teams to target, create, and close demand for our solutions portfolio, as well as with delivery team members to ensure preparation and readiness to deliver the solutions offerings.

Pre-Sales Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Presales and sales teams in building solutions and quotes Provide technology guidance to new and existing customers such as technology workshops
• Support sales efforts with in depth product and business expertise
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and service offerings and methodologies
• Analyzing technical requirements of a new project, conceptualizes design, identify appropriate technology solutions for the project and contribute to project planning and estimation within the project constraints Responsible for designing and architecting solutions in End user computing, Data Centre & Cloud Services, Network and Security Services etc., across various industry verticals.
• Develop scopes of work and project proposals for projects.

Essential Requirements

• Combination of experience in Business Development, Pre-Sales and Solution Design including Proposal Development, Cost/effort estimations
• Expert understanding of foundational architectural concepts (design, business technology strategy, quality management, human dynamics, and IT environment)
• Experience in architecting solutions, ability to understand customer pain points, requirements and translate these into a winning solution approach, responding to RFPs for infrastructure management Systems Integration and Outsourcing Services
• Strong client facing and communication skills and capable to independently think, conduct customer meetings articulate and comprehend customer pain points in technology and commercial areas for providing solutions.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end IT Infrastructure operations and infrastructure landscape
