Online Marketing Manager / Senior SEO, PPC, Social Media Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and self-motivated person who is able to optimize our website and our customer sites. Knowledge of tourism industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO.
• Monitor on an on-going basis, SEO results and manage project to ensure continued high rankings.
• Provide ongoing support of all SEC initiatives including reporting, analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Proactively make strategic PPC campaign recommendations.
• Utilize bid management tools and data modeling to maximize the effectiveness of PPC campaigns.
• Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates.
• Optimize landing pages for search engine quality score.
• Social media strategy and management: Blog posts, Forums, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook
• Market analysis and strategies
• Optimization: slice and review data on advertising campaigns to define and support optimization choices driven by Return On Investment (ROI);
• Provide both ad-hoc and structural analysis on Key Performance Indicators and the underlying business drivers; Prepare presentations for Review meetings and management discussions;
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of search engine optimization and pay-per click experience.
2. Very good knowledge of Google Adwords & Bing Ads.
3. Ability to perform research, analyze website, document changes, and make decisions regarding optimization approach.
4. Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction.
5. Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities.
6. Proficient in Computer Applications like Microsoft Office, SQL and MS Excel. Multimedia skills is a plus.
7. Strong English communication skills (Oral & Writing).
8. Excellent analytical skills.
9. Added advantage if Google Adverts Certified, Google Analytic IQ Certified
10. Should be a good team player. Project management skills is a plus.
