In keeping with this tradition, we seek to appoint MANAGER who will safeguard the existing customer base while expanding it further in the future.
He/She should possess a dynamic personality with a penchant for good public relations and the ability to motivate and effectively manage staff.
Other Requirements include:
– Good communication skills with Fluency in English and Sinhala
– Totally competent in managing a computerized operation
– Minimum of 3 years experience at a managerial or supervisory level in a recognised supermarket
– Ability to maintain an efficient control of stocks on shelf and in store
– Aged between 30 and 45 years
