Having Knowledge of Land Acquisition Proceedings, Preparing Lease Deeds, MOU, Agreements, Surrender Deeds, Leave and License Agreement, Letter of Intent, Allotment Letter, Power of Attorneys, Conveyance deeds, Agreement for Sale, Affidavits, etc.
Good drafting skills relating to corporate and real estate documentation Good understanding of General Civil Laws with emphasis to real estate laws. Knowledge of liaisoning with governmental and other authorities.
Experience : 1 – 6 Years
