o Strong numeracy and financial management skills.
o The ability to learn sophisticated design and costing IT packages.
o The ability to write clear and precise .
o Negotiating and team-working skills.
o Detailed knowledge of past and current building and construction technology.
o Processes, materials, business and legal matters.
