Job Description:
Qualification in Law. Good Vocabulary & written communication. Readiness to travel. Drafting of forms,letters and documents pertaining to trade marks of the company.
Drafting of various commercial agreements, Affidavits, POA’s, Notices , Paints etc.
Keeping track of and attending hearings in different courts in Mumbai and outside Mumbai and interacting and Co-ordinating with advocates.
Drafting , filing and liasoning at trade marks registry. Maintaining , updating and compiling legal and trade mark records.
Experience : 2 – 3 Years
