IT Manager:
The right candidate should possess/be:
– A full qualification from a professional body in IT Management
– Minimum 5 years working experience in position of IT manager, contact center manager, system engineer
– Fluent in English & Sinhala
– Knowledge of VolP systems, call centers, soft phones
– Skills of server setup and maintenance
– Above 25 years of age
Responsibilities:
– Setting up company’s IT infrastructure (from wiring plan to IP phones installation)
– IT procurement: buying PCs, etc
– IP telephony setup (3CX or the like, autodialers, etc)
