Role:
• Providing technical Support across the group to all companies. • Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues.
• Provide end-user support when needed.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain company software and hardware.
• Maintain daily/monthly/yearly backup operations on servers.
Qualifications:
• Degree/Higher Diploma in IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience in network technologies including tAN,WAN,ERP,VPN.
• Ability to demonstrate high levels of responsibility and reliability.
Selected candidate will be compensated In par with the Industry standards.
