Sisalu Fashions (Pvt) Ltd is a member of ISO / OHSAS certified, leading Group of Companies in Sri Lanka and engage in manufacturing Children’s Garments for export market. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and self-motivated individual for the above position for our Factory at Medirigiriya in North Central Province
The successful candidate should have:
1. A degree or similar professional qualifications in HRM from a recognized institute
2. Around 5 years of experience in managerial level in Apparel sector
3. Should be fully conversant with all aspects of HRM, Industrial Labour and must be familiar with admin functions
4. Should ensure meeting targets of Manpower requirements, training & development , salaries & wages admin and Compliance requirements
Preference will be given to those who are residing close to Polonnaruwa / Medirigiriya area
