HR Coordinator (Welgama)

Rockland Distilleries, a well-established beverage manufacturing and distribution company is in the process of recruiting a competent team player to join their HR & Admin team.
He/She will have to function independently and over look all HR & Admin matters at the Welgama factory, which is situated in a beautiful location about an hour away from Colombo.
• Coordinate staff engagement and training programmes.
• Experience handling hSenid HRIS or similar HRIS.
• Manage staff welfare and safety.
• Maintenance of staff documents/ files and policies in a methodical manner.
• Obtain records (attendance/ OT/ Unauthorized absence) from HRIS and prepare reports for payroll process.
• Competent in MS office applications.
• HR-full or part qualification from a recognized institution.
