Grace Lanka Apparels (Pvt) Ltd is a Garment Manufacture for local market. The company is looking for a result driven energetic individual, who is out to make a change to fill the following position in the company.
HR and Administration Officer
– Have a good educational background along with professional qualification from a recognized institution in the relevant field.
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Garment Industry in a similar capacity.
– Should be fully conversant with all aspects of industrial labor laws and must be familiar with the all modern HR Strategies and administration procedures.
– Knowledge and skills in Manpower planning and recruitment, Training and development procedure, Salaries and wage administration, Performance appraisal system and disciplinary procedures
– Have ability to build good employee relationship
