Sous Chef
F & B Attendants (Trainees /Contract)
Night Auditor
You must take pride in your work and be willing to go that “extra mile to make our guest’s stay a memorable one The suitable applicants should possess the following skills and attributes.
* “Can do Attitude”.
* Be self-motivated and be able to work unsupervised.
* Be committed to providing extraordinary service.
* Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Should be a team player and willing to work under deadlines.
* Possessing a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the Hospitality industry. Although relevant experience in a similar role is essential.
For F & B department vacancies. should have below skills and attributes including above mentioned requirements:
* Have a keen eye for detail with high level of personal cleanliness
* Have knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and F & B procedures.
* Sous Chef must be knowledgeable about the culinary industry and food preparation
* School leavers and hotel school trainees also encourage to apply for F & B Attendant post.
