We have exciting opportunities for Hotel Online Channel Support Officer to join our growing energetic team.
Hotel Online Channel Support Officer
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with hotels and undertake the implementation of the Channel Manager by integrating the OTAs (Online Travel Agents)
* Provide training and create relevant materials
* Provide first level support to clients as and when required
* Assist when required to create product presentations and demonstrations
Selection Criteria:
* A Degree or Professional Qualification in a related field is a must
* Minimum 1 year experience in managing online booking engines at a hotel or hotel group or client support
* Ability to communicate in fluent English is a must
* Good knowledge in the use of Online Booking Engines will be an advantage
* Business acumen and understanding
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task with competing demands
