We are looking for female candidates for the above position with following expertise.
Responsibilities:
– Proactively identify (B2B) leads and target the prospects, establish contact with these prospects and walk them
through the online sales cycle.
– Provide technical assistance to the users through phone, email and fax
– Ability to integrate (BZB) Social media marketing, to develop and execute online sales campaigns with team
attitude.
– Maintaining and developing relationships with (B2B) new and existing customers via telephone calls, e mails
and Social networking
– Strong customer service, time management, prioritization, planning and negotiating skills.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
– Excellent command in English language both written and verbal
– Fluency in languages (Spanish, Japan and Portuguese) will be an added advantage
– Possess a sales and marketing qualification from a recognized institution will be an advantage.
– Possessing degree related to IT will definitely be an added advantage
– Very good skills in MS Ofiice package,
– Must be flexible and willing to be assigned to varying work hours.
– Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
– Experience in Call Centre/ Customer Care will be an added advantage
