Applications are called from eligible candidates for the following posts of this Authority
1. General Manager (01 Post)
(a) Bachelors and Masters Degrees obtained from a reputed University approved by the University Grants Commission with 05 years experience as a Senior Manager in a State, State Corporation, Statutory Board or a reputed Private Sector.
or
(b) 05 years period of a satisfactory service as a Deputy General Manager of the Condominium Management Authority with 15 years experience in the Executive Grade.
Salary Scale:
HM-2-1-2006 A — Rs. 44,030 — 12×1,310 = 59,750/-
Facilities of using an official vehicle with fuel allowance are offered to the selected candidate.
2. Deputy General Manager (Regulatory) — (01 Post)
(a) Bachelors and Masters Degrees obtained from a reputed University approved by the University Grants Commission with 15 years experience as a Manager in a relevant field in a State. State Corporation, Statutory Board or a reputed Private Sector.
or
(b) 05 years period of a satisfactory service including an 18 years experience in the relevant field as an Assistant General Manager (Legal / Regulatory / Operations Maintenance) Grade 1 of the Condominium Management Authority.
Salary Scale:
HM-I -I -1- 2006 A-Rs. 38,530-15×1,100=55,030/-
Facilities of using an official vehicle with fuel allowance are offered to the selected candidate.
General Conditions for The Posts
1. Age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 45 years. (Upper age limit is not applicable for the officers employed in State Corporations / Statutory Boards and also the age imit is not applicable for internal candidates)
2. This post is permanent and is without pension. Employees Provident Fund contribution is 10% from the employee and 12% from the employer. And Employees Trust Fund contribution from the employee is 3%.
3. Candidates who are in the service of State Corporations/ Statutory Boards should submit their applications through their Heads of Departments/Institutes.
4. Applications should be forwarded along with two non relative referees with their contact details.
5. Photocopies of the Certificates of Education and other Certificates including relevant experience should be annexed with the Application.
6. Applications along with other relevant copies should be e-mailed on or before 03/11/2014 to the Following Address or should be handed over personally.
