The selected candidate will be a responsible, high caliber, dynamic individual who possesses good leadership, communication &interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset. Must have a proven record of delivering results and sustain profitable client relationships and be on top of industry trends.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in running the Operation effectively while being responsible for all activities related to the respective SBUs. Maintain required operational standards and norms set by the company. Promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. Plan, direct and coordinate the operations to achieve the set goals of corporate objectives of the SBUs and the group as a whole.
Qualifications & Experience:
Excellent Academic Qualifications.
– Professional Qualifications – MBA or Post Graduate Level in General Management including corporate Finance obtained from a recognized university.
– Minimum of 10 Years work experience in a similar capacity in a relevant industry under the Business
Sectors of FMCG, Food & Beverage, Industrial & Manufacturing.
– Preference will be given to candidates who can drive the business independently in order to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
– Computer Literate.
