We are on the lookout dynamic young individuals for our client who is one of the world’s largest service providers of commercial spaces.
Key Job Responsibilities:-
– Receiving Visitors and business Clients, handling frequent incoming calls
– Maintaining good PR with clients
– General administration duties
– Support in running and maintaining the centre, contributing to the “wow” factor in Customer Service
– Coordinate room booking and procedures
Ideal Candidate:-
– High School certification or above
– Minimum 1 year work experience (preferably in the hospitality /telco / customer service sector)
– Cheerful and Pleasant personality, self initiative
– Excellent English Communication skills and telephone mannerism
– Time-management and intermediate communication skills
– Ability to multi-task and be an effective team player
